@British_Airways@HackedOffHugh I also find filing a small claims court case gets a quicker response than BA customer service. It’s a very quick process. The legal team were able to reply in 7 days compared to one inadequate response from customer service after 29 days.
@C_B_Kins@Ryanair I had the same in Palermo at end of March. Luckily I had my full passport but the didn’t believe the passport card was a valid passport 🙄 I resented having to hand over my full passport. They are an Irish parent company to add insult to injury! Glad you made it!

@virginmedia 12 - 4 tomorrow, it���s extremely inconvenient as it’s my day off and I now can’t do anything with it. I’m not impressed on top of the crap service in October/ November. I’m still waiting for a call regarding my compensation.
@virginmedia One of the four customer service representatives I spoke to on Monday and yesterday. The technical team never bothered to call me. I’ve an appointment tomorrow in person but if it can be solved on the phone that’s preferable. Customer service has been very poor on this one.
