My Facebook and Instagram accounts are SUSPENDED, not permanently disabled. The suspension screens state that I have 180 days to appeal, but there is no button, link, or option anywhere to submit the appeal. I have tried the app and browser. Someone help

Starting to regret switching to @VerizonSupport. The Customer service department kinda sucks. 😒 literally had a hand full of helpful people and the rest has been nothing but problems

@VerizonSupport sucks that I get hung up on by a robot system when having a payment issue that needs resolved. Not even an option to talk to a Financil services agent like suggested by customer service 🙄
