I watched the stream, and tbh enjoyed the struggle. It was fun to watch you try and work it out. Usually it’s just a speed run to all the quest items, loot, mili’s etc. known knows. Hopefully the learning gets easier 😘

The Temple last night was the least fun I've had on stream in years, possibly ever. It's a big maze, and the devious map creator has changed the route which I had learned before on the last patches very well.

Because I haven't meta'd how to do the maze and wanted to try and work it out, a fairly vocal amount of the chat were effectively pointing and laughing because I didn't know my way through a complex maze that had changed entirely. Others were desperate to tell me meta about secret passages or temple sickness and what it's effects were and of course the majority were trying to watch and getting annoyed by the dicks in chat ruining it. Thank you to those viewers! <3

It sucks, DayZ is my favourite game. Deerisle is a stunning map but not being able to explore it because people in the chat have seen someone else do the same area 20 times and they know the route that I don't fucking sucks. I haven't done this in a big group, or watched other streamers to know the route, I'm trying to do it solo and learn it myself. Even some long term viewers were belittling me for being lost in a maze ffs. It was infuriating. Every time I looked at my chat, it felt like either someone was belittling me for not knowing something I couldn't possibly know in advance, or telling me a spoiler.

Yes I know, it's just a game, first world streamer problems!! I'd really love to actually enjoy new experiences in the game I love, it's rare. If this happens again we will be much stricter on meta and anyone that does it at all can just fook right off for good.

I was glad when I died in the temple tbh. The whole thing was awful. Can't wait to go and do it again later! Sorry for the rant.

@AmishZed @ARCRaidersGame I do enjoy watching the game play. the only thing I don’t like is how often, and at times how quickly, you have to return to your player portal and upgrade, sell, recycle, re-supply etc. IMO it seems to take away from the momentum of the game. But I’ll still watch 😎

@daniellloyd1 Same. I’m in my early 50’s and that couple pints a few nights (1-3) per week are very enjoyable. But as they say, “you’ve never seen a hurst towing a U-Haul” can’t take your shit with you so enjoy the few spins around the sun while we can.
