(5) But on May 13th, when I asked again, I received a very vague answer: the order had been delivered, but she was currently in the hospital and couldn't send me a picture of the order because no one was home.

(4) Then, on May 10th, when I asked for an update, she said she had returned home but the order had been sent to the wrong address and had been shipped back to her house, so I needed to wait until May 12th for her to send the items to me.
