WFT @BlizzardCS, Diablo 4 has been stick for an hour on "Queued for game - Start game pending" for over an hour! No ETA, passed the initial queue. I paid $20 extra to play this very weekend... what a scam!!
6/6 @HomeDepot Website still shows: "Processing, Ready by Tuesday, March 30"
What a joke of a company. Please help me out sharing the word so that other don't fall into this scam of a company.
5/6 @HomeDepot Customer service has no tools to even get the information to do their job properly. This talks about a systemic failure in their processes. When I want to escalate, I can't even talk to supervisors because they are not "customer facing".
4/6 @HomeDepot I just want this nuisance to be over. Contacted CS *twice*, only to not get any guarantees that my order is cancelled. I'll need to keep monitoring and calling them to get this order cancelled.
3/6 @HomeDepot has broken *every* promise the have given me. First delivery was 3/30, then 4/20, then they just didn't knew... All this while having contractors idle and having to change plans.
@HomeDepot As a customer I don't care about your internal vendors, you should have order information at the ready otherwise how can you even track things. Imagine having to call every day to get some information, which turned out to be false anyway.
@HomeDepot 2/6
Zero *transparency* on where my product was or is. The only way for me to get any information was through their unhelpful customer service (CS), which had to call some internal vendor, and 60% of the time they just didn't got any reply.
@HomeDepot is systematically, the most customer UN-friendly company I ever had to deal with.

I bought a $3,000 product on 2/27, and to this day, two months after, HD has no clue were my product is... even if it has been manufactured! All this, while Amazon takes 2 days...
@DnD_AdvLeague as a DM on adventure 8 of OoW I'm looking for some guidance as to where the campaign is headed by lvl 20. Who are the BBEG their motives, etc
