A progressive country should have its finest people in government. The nature of people in government reflects on the whole country.
If Nigeria is going to be a better place, if Africa and the world will be a better place. We need better people running the government.

Hopefully, the tensions will continue until Europe understands that providing political and material support for the worst of the worst to seize power across Africa directly leads to Africans migrating to Europe.
If you want them to stay in Africa, stop supporting nonsense.
@sammyalfred7@urchilla01 Most useless truth I've seen this month. The part where u have to wait till u become LP or ur party grows to LP is actually senseless.
But it's OK. We know people like u exist.
I've been asked questions related to cutting down the cost of governance, and the complaints by Nigerians concerning a trending motorcade video. I wasn't opportune to see the video, but I will repeat what I said.
Been in Lagos for a few days now, and here's ✌️ two interesting things I've learned about working remotely in the city:
1️⃣ Electricity can be an issue.
Wifi will cut out even if you have generators. So video calls may not be always the best. Even recording looms and stuff like that... I recorded a video 3 times before it actually saved! 🤡
It really makes me realize how hard working some of our Nigerian students are - to have to get around some of these concerns and still have the discipline to do good work.
Portable hot spots seem to do the job though.
2️⃣ You gotta give yourself ample time to make it for irl meetings.
Traffic can be bad!!! Especially if you're travelling between the mainland and the island. So you just really need to add in buffer time.
On the other hand though things don't necessarily keep to schedule either here so... 👀 And if you're meeting up at a restaurant or cafe you can't go wrong. All the food has been absolutely amazing.
Will make a thread of my fav foods shortly...

1. Will Tinubu pay the N1000 Proof of Ownership Certificate Fees for the cars in his convoy? As the governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi had less than 5 cars in his convoy. He had only 2 personal security guards as well. Sometimes you couldn’t even recognize he is the governor.
2. That man fought insecurity in his state to a standstill, he drastically cut the Cost of Governance (starting with himself). He told his nephew who wanted a road sweeping contract (to go & bid for the job) like everyone else. He wouldn’t abuse his office to please his relations
