Does anybody else remember getting those colorful frosted brownies in their lunchbox as a kid? 👀🍫
Then somebody went and made a homemade version using a can of black beans…
Ingredients:
• 1 can Goode Foods Black Beans, drained & rinsed
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Chocolate topping:
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• Rainbow candy-coated chocolates
Instructions:
1. Blend beans, eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Mix in cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. Bake at 350°F for 22–28 minutes.
4. Cool completely.
5. Spread with chocolate ganache and top with rainbow candies.
Be honest: if someone handed you one of these without telling you, would you ever guess there were black beans inside? 🤯
CHICKPEA COOKIE DOUGH BLONDIES 🤯🍪🫘
If you told me these gooey cookie dough blondies were made with chickpeas, I would’ve assumed you were lying. Then I made them myself and accidentally ate three before they even cooled. 😅
Made with Goode Foods Garbanzos Chickpeas for extra protein, fiber, and an unbelievably soft, chewy texture.
Ingredients:
• 1 can (16 oz) Goode Foods Garbanzos Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
• ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
• ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and brown sugar to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Fold in most of the chocolate chips, reserving a few for the top.
5. Spread batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the surface.
6. Bake for 22–28 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is just set.
7. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing (if you can wait that long).
Result: Soft, chewy, cookie dough-style blondies with crispy edges and a rich chocolate chip flavor that nobody will guess started with chickpeas.
MAHA Makeover: Mars, the maker of the iconic M&M's candies, will debut a new version in August that marks a milestone in the brand’s 85-year history: M&M’s made entirely without harmful synthetic petroleum-based dyes, replaced instead with natural alternatives sourced from plants, algae, roots, and spirulina, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The initial dye-free bags, launching exclusively on Amazon, will be missing two classic colors—brown and blue—as naturally replicating those shades has proven challenging and costly, though Mars aims to expand to the full six-color range by 2028.

Paying to park is another scam that’s gotten out of control
I mean look at these parking rates at Seaworld… $42-$67 just to park your car at a place you already bought a ticket to go
This is so out of control in America we even now have to pay to park our cars at hospitals and doctors offices now
It’s outrageous and such a scam. In my opinion it should all be banned

Everyone laughs the first time they hear this.
“Chocolate mousse… made from black beans?”
Then they taste it.
And the room goes quiet.
Because somehow… it tastes like rich chocolate dessert, not beans.
No flour.
No dairy.
No eggs.
Just one pantry staple doing something it was never “supposed” to do.
Most people think canned beans are only for chili.
But if you blend them right… they turn into one of the creamiest chocolate desserts you’ve ever had.
No one will ever guess the secret ingredient.

Optional toppings

3.Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
4.Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5.Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes so it thickens.
6.Spoon into bowls and top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
The texture turns thick, smooth, and mousse-like.
No bean flavor.
Just chocolate.
⸻
Most people keep one can of beans in their pantry.
The smart ones keep backup cans.
Because once you realize how many things you can make with them… you start cooking differently.
If you still think beans don’t belong in dessert… you’ve never tasted a real brownie.
Most people hear black beans in brownies and immediately say “that’s disgusting.”
Then they try one… and suddenly the pan is gone.
These are dense, fudgy, rich chocolate brownies — but the secret ingredient makes them softer, higher in protein, and unbelievably moist.
No one at the table ever guesses.
