1. Pick fight with each other. Stressful for both especially for the party who's not at fault and will be fruitless.
2. Get minimum compensation and take up further repairs through insurance.

1. RoW vehicle should also slow down a bit.
2. Swift must hv taken extra care.
3. Swift owner should get the Innova repaired through 3rd party insurance.
4. No need to quarrel. Just get the vehicles repaired through insurance.
