80% of the growth in $SOFI revenues and income is created by their building of a huge base of unsecure personal loans which pay 10% to 14% interest. This is a house of cards when the credit cycle breaks and default go higher. They increased the amount of loans on the balance sheet by about $7 billion from $26 billion to $33 billion. Interest income still accounts for 60% of earnings. It will fool all the momo growth investors as long as the credit cycle is booming, but it collapses when the cycle goes negative. This is exactly why I own $CHYM.

Trevor Bauer was blacklisted from MLB because of a s*xual assault allegation from gold-digger Lindsey Hill, a woman with an inconsistent story & shady evidence who told a friend about Bauer: "Need daddy to choke me out...being an absolute WHORE to try to get in on his 51 million."

The case was settled without Bauer paying her a dime, though the damage to his career was already done.

Yesterday, a California court awarded Trevor Bauer $309,832.02 in a default judgment against Hill after she LIED and claimed he paid her money to settle their lawsuit. (judgment attached)

Hill has a criminal history, and a warrant out for her arrest for multiple charges in Kentucky, listed below.
