Maybe the file looks and works like Mac apps - all files seemingly in “one”.

Idk just got sad that maybe a game I like will be removed from my library one day because of a DRM issue… and wanted to think up a different way of doing it. Lemme know what ya think 💬

Had a random DRM idea for games. With old disc-based games, there was a limited number eventually, and when the distribution stopped, the game would be circulated through used stores etc.

How would it be if DRM worked the same way? 👇

Or to a new computer… Once the game is not in “digital circulation” anymore, the game basically gets the same treatment as disc-based games. They can sell on eBay, in real life to each other and then move the game file to them. 👇

The Switch has an excellent UI design. The sounds are great too. But I must say, I really miss the more customised folder/tile structure of the Wii and 3DS.. along with the music colourful themes

I hope they add all that back in Switch 2, along with the ability to turn them off.

The fact the response was “unexpected” is something I hope the community manager can learn from. The term “woke” is one of the most divisive internet words made trendy in the last decade. If you don’t want a war in the comments, don’t use this word. The tweet was pass-agg as well
