-Win out
-MTL only gets 2pts with no wins in regulation in their final 4 games
-NYR, DET, NYI do not win out*

*NYI get in if the 1st two occur by getting 11/12 pts including 2 RWs
*If DET wins out with only 1 RW CBJ gets tiebreaker

MTL would also have to go 0-2-2 or 1-3-0 (without a regulation win) to finish with 89pts and 29 RW for Columbus to get in (assuming other teams lose at least once).
