I would argue education is not data or curriculum driven and not even student driven. Education is relationship driven. Teachers thrive w/ positive admin relationships & students thrive w/ positive teacher relationships. Relationships drive education.

Admin a good Leadership check up/check in checklist for 2021:
1) Take time to ask how is your staff and their family
2) Let them know you appreciate their hard work
3) Do something special for staff
4) Encourage them also focus on family, self
5) Thank them
