And then just stopped emailing me back. So not only can I not bring it back to where I got it but they just made me cut the cord and it’s completely useless to me now. I use this thing weekly so for me not to have it for what is now 3 weeks?? Could he 4?? Such an inconvenience.

@HooverCA has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Been trying to get them to replace my BROKEN spot cleaner (I bought it in December) has been more difficult then pulling teeth. I can’t ever get through to a live agent, whenever I call it just keeps ringing or says

They’re closed. I’ve tried emailing but it takes them 7-10 business days to even respond back to me. They told me they’d replace my unit if I proved i bought it with the receipt which I did. They then said cut the cord off your unit and rip the sticker off and send us a picture
