@AskTravelers don’t use this company for your cars or house. They will not protect your assets at all. They continue to raise prices to hire adjusters that has no experience in roofing. I guess wind and hail doesn’t cause damage to metal roof.

@AskTravelers on the first claim, still not received the report they sent out an engineer to look at the home and the engineer company sent the report to him Monday here this Thursday still haven’t heard back. Nobody can answer the phone. Why are we not copied on these reports?

@AskTravelers I don’t understand why nobody can answer their phone as a claim adjuster or the supervisors can never have time to talk or answer. Their phones is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been dealing with this claim since February 16 I don’t have still not received a report..
