Lessons from Rich man and Lazarus❤️

Jesus Himself narrated the actual story of the rich man and Lazarus, imparting valuable lessons.

1. Death is an inevitable reality for all individuals.

2. After death, one’s fate is predetermined, based on their life on Earth.

3. The afterlife will either bring torment or comfort.

4. While in the flames, one can converse and express emotions.

5. The torment of the flames is excruciatingly unbearable.

6. Material wealth holds no sway over one’s eternal destiny. The rich man ended up in torment, while the beggar found solace in Abraham’s bosom, the Old Testament equivalent of paradise.

7. Once death occurs, one’s eternal destiny is fixed. (The “fixed gulf” is mentioned in verse 26). No prayers or rituals can change it.

8. God will not send someone from heaven to communicate with those on earth.

9. The path to understanding God lies in the Scriptures, (Moses and the Prophets), who witnesses to the coming Messiah, Jesus Christ, the savior of all mankind.

10. God will not alleviate your suffering in the afterlife if you reject Him now.

Dear friend, I implore you to consider your salvation. If you are not saved, I urge you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior today.

“that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.”
