Well....

Regionals is in the books. Ended my season with a PR in the 3200 with a 10:33. 1600 didn't go as planned hit a 4:51.
Taking some time off and then getting into summer training for cross.

bit of a late post; this happened on 4/11 but better late than never

started off with a 10:50 in the 3200 it was alright, but ended the day with a new PR in the 1600 with a 4:48.30!!

hyped to keep pushing it down 🤙

Meet went okay.

Started off with a W in the 4x8 (final time 8:29.63, split 2:09)
Then a 6th place finish in the 3200 (11:00.07), then hit the mile as hard as I could and ended up in 7th with a 4:52.07.

Next one in a little over a week! 🤙 #blessed

Third meet of the year done.

Started off good with a new PR in the 2 mile hitting a 10:38. about 8 seconds off my old PR.

Mile went pretty crappy. Super windy and I just wasn't feeling it. 4:59 officially. No reason i should be going that slow and it upset me. Onto the next one

decent meet at home. not the best 3200 with a time of 10:53. 1600 went better than it did in texas, hit 4:51 not too horrible, not complaining. hoping to take this week off and use it to train hard. lets go! 🔛🔝🔜🤙
