@withplum hi, I keep receiving emails to reconnect to my bank account. However when I open the app there’s no option to do it via the app? Im pretty sure I reconnected not that long ago either. Can you confirm if there’s an issue, tia

@virginmedia No you’ve have bumped up a bill an extra 3.9% over rpi and I’m a bit unclear on how that delivers outstanding value as the service hasn’t changed. Thanks for replying though, I’ll consider my options at renewal.
