In the real world the police don’t shoot guns out of people’s hands. When you shoot, you shoot to kill. Else you didn’t need to shoot.

@NotAnOrangeFan @krassenstein That would be a major problem for them. In order to qualify for funding they must be open between 6am and 6pm to offer “day care”. That’s a specific requirement that is defined.
