@CorKinetic My response to anyone that guarantees this stuff. Why are you charging so little? Why are you still working? Why havnt you trademarked your treatment regime? Etc. 100% solutions & fixes aren’t cheap. Encourage all his clients to sign agreement for total fix, sue if not achieved.
@BillingMartin This is such a good point. Set the baseline for care. Record the results. Interpret the results. The differences could explain the socioeconomic and other factors in the demographic. Potentially allow the service to cater better and improve care.

How can you consent someone to a shoulder distension/dilatation procedure if you havnt informed them of the prognosis without the intervention?
But let’s argue about what type of cuff work is the best. #baffled#risk#physio#surgery#ahp#consent
@Retlouping But he has managed to treat 3000 patients in 10 years which is a solid less than 1 per day average. I think here we have someone early on in the dunning Kruger curve. Although at this rate it will take many more years for him to realise 😂

@Allpowersphysio Is this from that study we recruited for? Title should say for severely symptomatic OA not advanced OA as the 2 are not synonymous?
Advanced OA radiographic term?
@BillingMartin Nice, always wanted the space to get decent at oly lifting. For me, the points above sound like they’re due to a reduction in relative training load and a change in programme which can increase enjoyment and reduce the subjective experience of the training fatigue.
We’re bringing together leaders from across the corporate landscape to discuss how they can enhance employee #wellbeing.
With a focus on #MSK health, the conversation will drive the development of Phio – our digitally empowered end-to-end #physiotherapy journey for employers.
@Retlouping should add in the other side of the story: saw a private therapist who did a lovely massage, didn’t get better turns out my back pain is cancer. went to see private clinician who did manipulation on my neck and now I’m paralysed. The Rx you want and the Rx you need are different
