looks basically identical and works pretty well, there is no toon equivalent in eevee so I had to do it manually. Maybe I'll make a fan animation or something with it

@Sparlok_ @MeiZou50087 No the rasterizer is a group node plugged into direction which is controlled by an actual camera, I would've never even guessed you could do it in this manner and you really shouldn't because voronoi offsets the image, use direction

I originally started working on a face rig using ray portals because of the digital circus gangle breakdown but you cant actually just output the color, still I've found a lot of of uses just for this, the mask in my profile picture uses this and has custom anti-aliasing.
