As a Boomer, I've walked like an Egyptian, moonwalked, walked this way, walked on the wild side, walked on sunshine, walked the line, and walked 500 miles.
I've walked a lot... I'm tired.

🚨WOW!!!
A Bronx pizzeria owner saw a woman eating out of his GARBAGE.
He walked outside, took her by the hand, led her in, and pulled a hot slice straight from the oven for her.
She sat down and cried. He said: "Don't cry. Eat. I don't want you eating out of a garbage." ❤️
His name is Daniel Romano.
He owns D'Romano's Pizza in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx.
He didn't shoo her away.
"I grabbed her by the hand and I led her to the pizzeria and I went in the oven and I got her a fresh slice and gave it to her. Sat down and she started crying. I said, 'don't cry, eat. This is not a problem.'"
In that moment, he decided he'd never let it happen to anyone again.
So he grabbed a marker, wrote a sign by hand, and taped it in his window for the whole neighborhood to see:
"To the people eating out of my garbage, I have more love for you than you think. Please come in and tell me you're hungry. I will forever give you a slice and fresh water to drink."
When they asked him why, his answer was simple.
"Right now, I think this world is shot. There's too much hate. Too much negativity. Why not put a smile on someone's face?"
And it turns out this runs deep for Daniel.
It goes all the way back to his mother, Carmella.
"She had a saying in Italian. She used to say, 'a desperate person will always make a better decision on a full stomach than on an empty.'
"It always stuck with me. So I feed people."
A desperate person makes a better decision on a full stomach.
That handwritten sign has traveled way past the Bronx now.
Daniel says people are calling him from Texas, Arkansas, Hawaii, even Alaska, all wanting to chip in and buy slices for hungry strangers they'll NEVER MEET.
"Don't ask me, I didn't even know Alaska had a phone."
It all started with one slice.
One woman.
One man who did something kind.
GOD BLESS Daniel Romano. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
God has been teaching me something through my sweet dog, Ranger.
When Ranger went blind and had to have both of his eyes removed, my heart broke. I wondered why this had happened to him. But today, I realized something that changed my perspective.
God sent Ranger into my life to teach me what complete trust looks like.
Ranger can’t see me anymore, but he follows my voice without hesitation. He trusts that I’ll lead him, protect him, and never leave him. He doesn’t question where we’re going or why. He simply trusts.
Watching him has made me realize that’s exactly how God wants me to trust Him.
So often I want to be in control. I want to know the plan and see what’s ahead before I take the next step. But Ranger has shown me what faith really looks like—letting go of my own control and completely trusting the One who loves me.
If my blind dog can trust me with his whole heart, then I can trust God with mine.
Thank you, Ranger, for reminding me that faith isn’t about seeing the path—it’s about trusting the One who is leading the way.
Hey Jesus, it’s me.
I have a quick question… listen, I was reading that bible verse, Proverbs 21:19 “better a husband live in the desert than with a nagging wife.”
Oh my goodness, did it hit me like a ton of bricks, it hit me really hard.
Now here’s my question, does it matter which desert?
🚨 WOW! This allegedly fraudulent NYC adult daycare exposed by Nick Shirley just got caught donating money to NY GOV. KATHY HOCHUL (D) — New York Post
The same year it billed Medicaid for $5.8 MILLION. The place is mostly VACANT, EMPTY. BARREN.
This is MASSIVE, @nickshirleyy!
SHIRLEY: "Livingwell received $8.6M in 2025."
MAN: "Where you coming from?"
SHIRLEY: "My name's Nick Shirley."
*They run away*
SHIRLEY: "Can you answer these questions?"
MAN: "No."
😭 This one absolutely broke me.
Dementia patients are handed a sign that says “I once was…” and then they turn it over.
A pharmacist.
An English teacher.
A managing director.
People with careers, dreams, responsibilities, families and entire lives filled with memories.
Before dementia, they were somebody’s teacher, coworker, neighbor, friend, spouse, parent. And they still are. ❤️
Sometimes we see an elderly person struggling to remember where they are or who is standing in front of them, and we forget there is an entire lifetime behind those eyes.
They may not remember who they once were…
but we should.
I am over here crying. 😭❤️
Every elderly person was once young. Every patient has a story. And every single one deserves to be treated with dignity, patience and love.
“I once was…” might be one of the most heartbreaking sentences I’ve ever heard. 💔
Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who have trespassed against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory!
Forever and ever, AMEN!
