They then took a month to actually send us the email. Then another month or so to respond to that. You have a couple months to go. Sunwing sucks

@SunwingVacay my compensation file for flight cancellation has been open for 6 months. I have spent a week DM Sunwing. I have been told that I was sent an email saying I need to pick between a voucher and cash. I have not ever received an email from Sunwing. To top it off, 1/2

Genuinely confused. The @albertateachers association recommended we vote yes. 51% voted yes. Now we are complaining? Why were so many told to vote yes if we didn’t like this deal? @schill_dawg

Our 10:25am @SunwingVacay flight to Mexico was delayed until 1pm. Then 5pm and then 9pm. We were offered no compensation and were only told that the crew was “extra tired” ended up canceling our whole vacation, as we would be arriving at 5am on our second day! Terrible #sunwing
