@fak3eer @shashwatdc @nammayatri Actually you did good by not calling the police here. A similar thing happened with me at a petrol pump in Noida, and the staff physically assaulted me. However when I went to the police they kept me in the station and tried to register a case against me.

@Swiggy unacceptable experience! Waited over an hour for delivery, only to find out the exec took a 30-min personal detour. But that wasn't the worst - they harassed, verbally abused us, and threatened us before leaving! "Jo karna h karlo" is NOT customer service! #SwiggyFail
