@KimKatieUSA There's too many idiots, penalties have to be severe, 5 years in jail, no parole. Also, it's too bad, but money is a part of it, no alcohol sold in the stadium, breathalizer tests before the game, so you cannot come in drunk. It's all severe, but I bet it would solve 90% of it
