@UPS Is trash! They held a package I sent to my foundation @hopeforharvest1 for almost a month for what I am being told is fraud! Mind you I have had this account for 5 years!!! #releasemypackageups
@Delta I’ve called 3 times, only to be on hold for over an hour. @delta contact me regarding this customer luggage. I also need to settled a claim for damage luggage that dates back to May. Really bad customer service @Delta
@Delta baggage service is the worst. After losing my luggage coming back from Europe, I received my luggage 3 days later. @delta baggage offered me 100 or 5000 miles. At joke! Two days later this suitcase arrived at my front door! It’s not my bag.
To send it for Repair. @Delta No thank you! It’s bent metal and you broke the clasp. That’s how my items got wet! Service would be nice! Reimbursement me pls.
The damage to my luggage also caused water damage to my wardrobe.
As a million+ miler diamond medallion, I am Flabbergasted at the poor customer service I’ve experienced. Delta has yet do anything to rectify the situation other than tell me after I purchased a new suitcase,

The damage to my luggage forced me to travel with my bag duck taped.
