@OVOEnergy is it common practice for your call centre team to hang up on customer calls? Trying to discuss the 48% increase to my direct debit which is already MORE than what we use. There’s already a surplus on the account and £400 aid in October. Make it make sense!

After waiting on hold for 25 minutes I was told that this increase is going to happen automatically, without my consent and won’t be reviewed for another 3 months. Why offer a helpline if it’s going to redefine the word oxymoron? Please contact me so we can discuss this.
