I don’t feel qualified at all to comment on the Medicaid conversation but I will say, Anecdotally, I was on Medicaid after law school when I was pregnant with my first child before my job started. Even once we received insurance from work, Medicaid paid for EVERYTHING. 1/

I have TRIED to get Medicaid to go away and it is still listed as the default on some of my oldest child’s paperwork. 4/
