I think all exams should be open book. It increases note taking skills that are actually used in life and the work place and it would decrease exam stress. It’s unfair to assume all students can retain mass amounts of info. Exams should be application based and not a memory test.

If a doctor uses the wrong tool and kills a patient what are the chances they keep their job? If a pilot opens the cabin door midflight instead of turning on the seat belt sign do they keep their job? But a cop can "mistakenly" grab their gun instead of a taser and keep theirs?
