Substack refuses to let people cancel their subscriptions. Beehiiv has similar horror stories. Neither offers human support. What else?

I'm studying mutual aid networks, and my first conclusion is that rule #1 of a mutual aid network should be: no money.
I know that most people actually need money, but if you open it up to let people beg for money, that's all it will become, and everyone will leave.

@wadecaves "Detriment" connotes the word "subtraction" for me, or "lack." These states could be due to forces outside of anyone's control.
Whereas "Exile" is a more social term... someone has been intentionally pushed out of the group by people with malicious intent.

@wadecaves I try to avoid too much astro-lingo in my readings, unless I'm talking to someone who already knows astrology. If I introduce a term, I explain what it means, and how the quality affects what we are talking about. Sometimes one word or the other may fit the situation better.
