Today, #TeamASI attended the launch of @AgeSector's Telling It Like It Is series – Experiences of Older People at End of Life, hosted by Senator @Fiona_Kildare at Leinster House.
The report draws on the @careexperience National End of Life Survey, Ireland’s first nationwide survey of bereaved relatives and friends about care in the last months and days of life.

Themed “Sláinte: Building momentum in dementia through policy, research and partnership”, the conference will bring together people living with dementia, family carers, researchers, clinicians, and policymakers from across Europe to share knowledge, spark collaboration, and drive innovation.
Discussions will focus on emerging research, new treatments, and translating innovations like e-health interventions into real-world practice.
A highlight will be the active participation of advocates and family carers, ensuring lived experience shapes policy and research through Person Public Involvement (PPI).
