Third win from four games tonight at home to @OakmereCC whose captain and team are a credit to their club. They got 144/3. We just about scraped home 8 down with 4 balls left. @ChrisBell691 smote the winning runs.

Victory for the lads tonight at home to @HalkynCC. They got 157-3. @DHensonOfficial hit the 1st ball of the 20th over for four to seal the win by six wickets. 50 for Mani, 31 for @joekilloran. Fish and Muthu the pick of the bowlers.

A lovely victory tonight for the lads by 5 runs against a very athletic @OakmereCC. We got 144/4. They got bowled out for 139. 51 retired for @BenHarvey20. 4/10 from @DHensonOfficial. 2/25 for @ChrisBell691.

We lost tonight to our friends @SaughallCC. Grrrrr.. @joekilloran got his usual 50 retired, Barv got 26. Muthu bowled some very rapid balls. Poor Dave smashed his thumbnail.

We’ve reverted to hating cricket again after defeat to @SaughallCC tonight. We got 126/9, they knocked them off for 4 down in the 18th. Fifty retired for @joekilloran.

Lost to a good side tonight away at @HalkynCC. We got 136/5, they knocked them off for 4 down in the 19th over. @joekilloran retired on 50, Muthu bowled v well. @ElDino169 was a cat behind the stumps. And Charlie on debut became our youngest ever player.

Poor @DHensonOfficial took the defeat really badly.

Highlights were @ChrisBell691 bowling very nicely for 3/16, Mani smashing 50, @davetheswift making two tricky catches look easy and @DHensonOfficial (23no) and Jazzy putting on 50 near the end to nearly win it. Nice set of lads are @gresfordcricket to be fair.

A pisser of a defeat tonight for the lads by 7 runs to @gresfordcricket. They got 156/4, we needed 10 off the last over in the dark but alas it was not to be.

We knocked off 158 in the 19th over. @davetheswift bowled beautifully for 3-17 off his 4. Senthil, Mani, @joekilloran and @a_townend all retired unbeaten on 30. Promising signs. Gresford at home next week in our first league game of the @CDMCL1 Division 2 season.

Fantastic evening at 2021 @CDMCL1 Awards Evening tonight. Our guest speaker @RDBCroft10 was brilliant. Really good. He was very funny and very honest and made time for everyone and hardly complained at all about his 9 hour round trip. Hope he’s safely home now. 😉
