The club will be running indoor net sessions at the Marches School from next Friday evening, 24h January, 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Open to both men, ladies and over 12's (it's a BIG hall!) all are welcome to get involved, whether you're new to the game or a seasoned pro.

Great to see pupils from Whittington Primary school using the ground today. Years 5 and 6 benefitted from an hour each of cricket activity, which will continue after half term. All had great time and further establishes a strong link between the club and school #Cricket

The old roller lives again after seven years and is being pressed into service while waiting for the new one to arrive. Now it’s dry enough to get on there, the old roller will enable us to get the square ready for Wizards, County and match hire games from next month #cricket

It starts....... Dave Hill begins the task of bringing the Whittington cricket square back to life after six years. Core samples showed the root system was still intact, removing the need for a total relay of the square. Exciting times @CricketShrops
