@yankeesondeck_ Our third baseman is hitting .180 and has a negative WAR. I’m not saying Volpe is a starting SS but I am saying he’s a better SS than McMahon is a 3B. Again, this is not about Volpe being good, It’s about how terrible McMahon has been.

IMO Volpe at SS is better than McMahon at 3B and would be better for the roster overall. Then you bring in Ryan as a late inning defensive replacement (Ryan to 3B, Caballero to SS, and Volpe to the bench)

Just slot him at RT now and adjust the others around him imo.
