WOW, what a stand!
Look at this corn! Strong, vigorous plants with that deep, healthy green color and excellent leaf development. For a first-year organic field, this is exactly the kind of start every grower dreams about.
We’re proud to have been part of the journey supplying our biologicals and walking alongside this grower with guidance every step of the way. Healthy soil biology + smart management = happy, thriving corn.
Big thanks to our grower for trusting the process and putting in the work.

🌽🌽Southwest Missouri🌽🌽
We just dug some roots from our on-farm corn trials here in SW Missouri (photos taken 14 days after treatment).
Trial Setup
Treated: BioEnerG 2 gal/acre + 80 units UAN
Untreated Check: 80 units UAN only
Look at the difference in the root systems! The BioEnerG treated corn developed a much more aggressive, fibrous, and expansive root mass compared to the untreated check. We cleaned up several roots side-by-side so you can really see the impact. Better roots = better nutrient & water uptake, stronger plants, and more yield potential! If you’re farming corn in the Midwest, this is the kind of advantage you want this season.

Had a conversation today with an organic crop producer that genuinely got my wheels turning. He is getting $22 a bushel for soybeans and $11 for corn in some markets. And the demand is so strong that buyers are showing up with their own semis to haul it themselves.
Compare that to what conventional producers are getting right now and the gap is hard to ignore. I am not saying everybody should flip to organic overnight because the transition is a whole other conversation. But the premium is real and the demand is clearly there.
Is anyone else out there running organic acres or making that transition?
@agronomistag I disagree. I have customers who do it every year, making 160-250 bushel corn; 50-80 bushel beans and incredibly tasting produce. But you have to think differently about crop nutrition and understand holistic nutrient cycling. Things that were understood years ago.
