To be honest, I'm disappointed in today's proceedings. They should have continued with Atty. Ligutan. No offense to Luistro - but walang dating yung questioning nya. 🙁🙁🙁 I dare say, today was a fail for the prosecution.

@jlsilva12345678 @iamkarendavila That is a supposition without evidence. Sabi mo "paano kung". Ayon sa batas, para masabing self-defense there should be an "active physical assault or imminent threat to your life and safety" - hindi po "paano kung".

Papano naging self-defense yung ginawa niya? nung nagthreat sya may sasaksak na sakanya nung segundong yon? 😂 nagsusuntukan ba sila? The Threat is absolute.
