Today we hosted an open house to classes and parents and shared our Beech Hill Dioramas. This project was an eye opener to many students who learned how their community of Beechville came to be and it’s importance as an early African Nova Scotian settlement. @bltsenior
We are writing letters using transitional words to Mr. Myra to tell him how to be the best principal. Some ideas are to put 1000 bouncy castles outside, make it pizza day everyday, and add more boat swings. Take notes, @CraigMyra2! @bltsenior
We went on a Fall Scavenger hunt today! We made packing tape bracelets so we could easily collect little pieces of nature during our walk. Then, we made them into bookmarks! @bltsenior @HRCEHealthPromo
BLT Sr. recognized Orange Shirt Day and Gemma showed her leadership while providing a powerful story to our school. Thank you to Miss Jennie for the opportunity, and well done Bear Country!
A lot of hands make light work. Thanks to @RBC Lacewood for sending volunteers to help with our yogurt parfait school breakfast snack. It was a hit! @HRCEHealthPromo @bltsenior
