@cleary_mitch It simply amazes me how these organisations are run. It goes to show how out of touch the governance and leadership is. They do not understand what "winning culture is". Take a leaf out of the crows book. Its a 4 to 5 year rebuild. PERIOD! Same with St Kilda and the other clubs
