It's gotten so bad that I removed em dashes from my novel, and even stopped using the "3" rule because someone will accuse me of AI.
(Aka he moved quietly, with purpose, determined, to find the duck). That's terrible but you get it.😅
It's sad. I shouldn't have to do this.
Finding a book that truly feeds your soul is one of the most underrated things in life. When you read just the right book at just the right time, there is no other feeling like it.
@CJSimone333 I learned to do the formatting myself so I can fix errors as they are found. But I wouldn't worry too much. No manuscript is ever completely free of issues and yours sound minor.
