Due to gateway issues with one of our payment processors, we are seeing failed payments for online gifts being given through Church Community Builder. We are monitoring the situation and will update with more information.
@CenturyLink has confirmed that the routing issues across the nation have been resolved. All Church Community Builder services have returned to normal.
After investigation, we believe the intermittent access issues are a result of a nationwide service interruption for @CenturyLink. We are monitoring their progress and will update as we know more.
Our engineers are still investigating intermittent issues with connecting to Church Community Builder sites. We believe an upstream provider is having problems and we are investigating for further detail.
After investigation we have confirmed that this incident is isolated to one mass message and SMS services are sending normally from our software. We will follow up on this individual case but we're waving the #allclear flag for our church partners.
Cloudflare has communicated they have identified the problem and are implementing a fix. As of right now traffic to Church Community Builder sites seems to have returned to normal. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the situation and will update with any new information.
Initial investigation leads us to believe that this is a DNS issue with our service provider, Cloudflare. Many sites and services using Cloudflare are having interruptions. We are monitoring the incident and will update as soon as we have more information.
