TODAY IS THE DAY. NA, WE’RE COMING FOR YOU. AND WE’RE READY TODAY. THE CROWD WILL BE WITH US TONIGHT. AND YOU BETTER BE READY. WHEN YOU’RE EATING YOUR BREAKFAST TODAY, YOU BETTER KNOW THAT WE’RE READY. WHEN YOU’RE WARMING UP FOR THE GAME, YOU BETTER KNOW WE’RE GONNA BE READY. AND WHEN YOU’RE WAITING IN THE READY ROOM, PANICKING, YOU KNOW WE’RE GONNA BE READY!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️
At what point did it become just ok and commonplace to joke about players health now just because we have had multiple public incidents of players falling ill? We aren't licking doorknobs or eating shit food - so please just have a little bit more respect. They all work out, diets are controlled by our performance coach, we are instantly on top of any small symptoms. But shit just happens. Whereas there are other teams who get drunk, go out to clubs and casinos during tournament, and somehow never get sick. What can you do really
Also my last note - it's better we actually take the time and care to understand what is going on with our players health-wise compared to just giving them some smelling salts and shoving them on stage. I'd rather lose a game than have a player leave the venue in an ambulance (which has happened before).
