Californians didn’t vote their way into communism. People like this because they think there’s a justice in it or at least because the target is safe to pick on (white liberals). Native Californians tried several times to address illegal immigration throughout the 90’s. They said no to gay marriage in 2008.

Ultimately, they were overrun by an imported underclass that will always block-vote for the people promising free stuff (from native Californians) regardless of how it may conflict with their professed “religious values” or whatever.
