Our hearts are also heavy with the Latinx community. We didn’t forget Adam Toledo. Police brutality happens at a disproportionate rate to Brown and Black folks.

#SAYHERNAME Rest in Power #MAKHIABRYANT ✊🖤
Our Black community deserves the space to heal... but how can they when every other day someone was wrongfully murdered? This is exactly why racial trauma exists on a collective level in the Black community. Because it never really stopped, the trauma is generational.
Therapist: How does that make you feel?
Me: It’s like... [pulls out phone] Hang on I saw the perfect meme for this... There, I tagged you!
We make counseling accessible. We have trainees from diverse racial & ethnic backgrounds, sexualities, gender identities. We get you! 💗
How many times do we have to say ENOUGH? How many times do we have to march the streets? How many times do we need to have this conversation.
