After reviewing George Fuller’s campaign-finance filings and McKinney city records, there is a pattern that deserves serious public scrutiny.

What we found is documented campaign contributions from developers, real-estate interests, development-related companies, and attorneys whose clients had significant business before the City of McKinney.

One of the clearest examples involves Central & 543 LLC.
According to Fuller’s campaign-finance filing, Central & 543 LLC contributed $5,000 to Fuller’s campaign on April 12, 2021. Only 36 days later, on May 18, 2021, a major rezoning involving approximately 111 acres near U.S. 75 and FM 543 came before the McKinney City Council. During that meeting, concerns about campaign contributions connected to the developer and its attorneys were raised publicly, and Fuller was specifically asked to recuse himself. HE DIDN’T.
Instead, according to the city record, then Mayor George Fuller, made the motion to approve the rezoning, and the City Council approved it unanimously.

Campaign records also show contributions from individuals associated with the law-firm circle representing development interests involved in that matter. We found additional connections between Fuller’s campaign and major McKinney development interests.

Developer David Craig and Craig-related entities contributed approximately $3,000 to Fuller’s campaign. Craig-related developments have had significant dealings with McKinney government, including the District 121 project and MCDC involvement worth millions of dollars.

Developer Robert Shaw, associated with Columbus Realty, contributed $2,500 to Fuller. Columbus Realty has also participated in major McKinney redevelopment agreements involving city property, incentives, development agreements, MCDC, MEDC and other public-sector participation.

Fuller’s campaign filings show numerous additional contributions from people involved in development, homebuilding, real estate and investment.

McKinney residents have every right to ask a harder questions…

When the same people and companies helping finance elected officials’ campaigns repeatedly have multimillion-dollar projects, zoning requests, development agreements, incentives or other matters before city government, are ordinary residents receiving the same access and influence?

That is where this negatively affects public trust. Residents should never have to wonder whether their voice carries the same weight as someone capable of writing a $2,500 or $5,000 campaign check.

Residents should never have to question whether decisions about zoning, density, traffic, infrastructure, tax-funded incentives and the future character of their neighborhoods are being influenced by political relationships. And taxpayers deserve to know exactly who benefits whenever millions of dollars in public resources are committed to private development projects.

Even the appearance that campaign donors may receive greater access can damage confidence in local government. McKinney residents deserve transparency!

They deserve elected officials who openly disclose relationships with major donors when those donors have business before the city.

They deserve meaningful recusals when circumstances create legitimate questions about impartiality.

They deserve to know who gave the money, what those donors requested from the city, how much public money or development value was involved, and how every elected official voted.

What this establishes is that there are documented financial and political relationships between Fuller’s campaign and development interests doing substantial business with McKinney—and at least one case where a donor-connected matter came before the council only weeks after a major contribution, Fuller was publicly asked to recuse himself, and Fuller instead made the immediate motion approving the rezoning.

McKinney residents deserve answers to those questions.

🚨 BREAKING: This week the American Academy of Pediatrics — the group that shapes the childhood vaccine schedule — told the country it's "neutral."

Their words: "we go by science, not politics."

So I pulled their tax records. Here's who actually pays them..

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) runs on ~$138 MILLION a year.

Its corporate "partners" — $50,000+ donors — include the vaccine makers themselves:
Pfizer, Merck, Moderna, Sanofi.

On one AAP COVID-19 vaccine policy, the science outlet Undark found 9 of 16 committee members had taken money from vaccine manufacturers.

The published guideline said: "no potential conflicts."

9 of 16. They wrote "none."

And this isn't unique to the AAP — it's the pattern.

Peer-reviewed, JAMA Internal Medicine (2018): 57% of authors of clinical guidelines for high-revenue drugs had financial ties to the makers — and 1 in 4
payments were undisclosed.

The science documents the conflict of interest.

The AAP doesn't just take the money — it lobbies.

It keeps a full-time, four-person federal lobbying team and reported ~$789,000 in lobbying in a single quarter of 2026.

Ask why a "neutral" group of children's doctors needs its own lobby shop.

Same playbook, different drug.

AAP's 2023 childhood obesity guidelines urged doctors to consider weight-loss drugs for kids. 10 of the authors had taken money from those drug companies.

Disclosed in the guideline? No.

In 2011 the Gates Foundation paid the AAP $1,419,200 — in the Foundation's own words — "to organize and facilitate immunization education and advocacy
efforts among pediatricians."

Paid to advocate.

Why it matters: in 1986, Congress shielded vaccine makers from most lawsuits.

Since then a federal program has paid ~$5.5 BILLION for vaccine injuries (HRSA).

The makers are protected. The group promoting the schedule takes their money.

The question every parent deserves answered: is the group that calls itself "neutral" being paid by the companies that profit from the schedule?

The documents say yes.

Actions speak louder than words. Today, President Trump signed an Executive Order reshaping the childhood vaccine guidelines down to 11 core vaccinations. Given that the health of our children and has been going in the wrong direction while our vaccine schedule has continued to increase, I’m very glad to see our President has made this a priority and exercised common sense measures to get us out of this mess.

Is it everything I want? No. Is it a step in the right direction? Absolutely yes. Has any other President before him given this one moment of their time? You know the answer to that.
