@linkcoven@04gully People always act like athletes can’t complain about anything, just because they make a lot of money doesn’t mean things in the sport shouldn’t be fixed
@CameronLFC04@Justom29@KaiHind_@solnnmm@Jl_SWFC Yeah I agree with that and if you’re a frequent match going fan then fair enough. But I can also guarantee that 95% of the people on this post arguing against this have hand picked their club and watch it through a screen, probably switching it off after they go a goal down.
@Justom29@CameronLFC04@KaiHind_@solnnmm@Jl_SWFC There’s then also other levels of it in lower leagues, I’m complaining about one relegation while a Wednesday fan has to watch their lifelong club nearly disappear and spend a whole year watching pointless, meaningless football.
@KaiHind_@solnnmm@Jl_SWFC@CameronLFC04@Justom29 I get that it’s disappointing when that happens as it’s rare, but it’s incomparable to the struggles lower down clubs go through no matter the difference in standards. Every clubs standard is to succeed and no club accepts relegation as succeeding
@solnnmm@KaiHind_@Jl_SWFC@CameronLFC04@Justom29 It does, but you’re acting like it’s something that’s just brushed off. Whereas you actually can just brush off finishing in the eul instead of the ucl
@KaiHind_@Jl_SWFC@CameronLFC04@Justom29 Difference being if you finish outside of the top 4 you can dust yourselves off and go again. Relegation to any club is incomparable to that because of the knock on effect.
