Three men posing as ICE agents used fake emergency lights to pull a driver over in Clackamas County, Oregon, then detained and assaulted them in an unmarked SUV, according to Oregon State Police.

In a country where real ICE officers have been accused of assaulting and raping people in their custody, letting masked “agents” operate without clearly identifying themselves creates state‑sanctioned conditions for abuse. Anyone can throw on a vest, impersonate ICE, and terrorize Black and Brown drivers and communities with zero accountability.
