BREAKING: Study finds 10g of creatine per day added 2.4 POUNDS of lean mass in 12 weeks WITHOUT EXERCISE.

Creatine ALONE also improved:
- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
- Cognitive processing speed
- Delayed memory recall
- Episodic memory
- HbA1c
- Triglycerides
- HDL cholesterol
- VLDL cholesterol

Combining creatine WITH EXERCISE produced even greater physical gains and additional improvements in memory and cognitive processing.

Some of the increase in lean mass may reflect increased intracellular water from creatine, not solely new muscle tissue.

Importantly, this was a gold-standard study design: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.

@realDonaldTrump Thank you 🙏🏻

[Rae @CCgram20]

@roguebroadcast @realDonaldTrump When Dems are in charge, they divert more than that to money laundering overseas. Isn’t this a better outcome?

[Rae @CCgram20]

@SandyinSD @Kimberlyrja8 Praying. Berberine for tongue cancer. 🙏🏻

[Rae @CCgram20]

@realtimsharp @NickJFreitas Bet you trusted the government with the covid vacc.

[Rae @CCgram20]

@christianlexus @WhiteHouse You’re in Australia. How were your lockdowns during covid? Your government is clearly a mess and you think we’re listening to you?

[Rae @CCgram20]

@tired_left @WhiteHouse Bunk. We’re still exposing fraud, deporting illegals, bringing in tariff $, staying under Biden inflation numbers. Dems lying as usual.

[Rae @CCgram20]

@jacksonholio @WhiteHouse @Republicans Believing polls has gotten Dems nowhere. I wouldn’t expect you to understand, since you have to activate the cussing part of your brain to communicate. I heard a gentleman with dementia that could only say cuss words, because apparently it’s a different part of the brain.

[Rae @CCgram20]

@jacksonholio @WhiteHouse @Republicans You still believe the people that said Kamala would win?

[Rae @CCgram20]

@PL67712441 @WhiteHouse This guy has done a lot of fighting for Texas. The left runs a smear campaign, but we see the truth.

[Rae @CCgram20]

@FrankAmari2 @WhiteHouse The same polls that said Kamala would win? Yeah, no.

[Rae @CCgram20]

@jacksonholio @WhiteHouse @Republicans You’re grossly mistaken.

Replace the flu shot

[Nicolas Hulscher, MPH @NicHulscher]

STUDY: Bovine Colostrum Was 3X MORE EFFECTIVE Than the Flu Shot

77% FEWER flu episodes
59% FEWER days of illness
3.9X LOWER incidence of flu-related events

Participants took just 400 mg of colostrum daily for 8 weeks.

Bovine colostrum is loaded with immune-supporting compounds, including immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, growth factors, cytokines, and other bioactive factors.

On the other hand, flu vaccines are loaded with inflammatory toxins and mismatched flu strains.

The study authors concluded:

“Colostrum, both in healthy subjects and high-risk cardiovascular patients, is at least 3 times more effective than vaccination to prevent flu and is very cost-effective.”

@markmessina @anotherkimber It’s absolutely broken. Insurance companies have been practicing medicine far too long. Praying you get the right answers and treatment 🏻

The FDA already green-lit lab-created dairy proteins made by genetically engineered fungi in steel tanks — and it is sitting on shelves at Target, Sprouts, and Kroger right now. Most shoppers will never know unless they read every label.

This is not plant milk. It is precision-fermented “animal-free” whey (beta-lactoglobulin) produced by modified microbes, then mixed into ice cream, “milk,” cream cheese, and protein products so it tastes and acts like cow dairy. The FDA does not require a special “lab-made” or “precision fermentation” disclosure. Many labels just say whey.

WHAT TO HUNT FOR ON THE INGREDIENT LIST:
• “Non-animal whey protein”
• “Animal-free whey protein”
• “Whey protein from fermentation”
• Plain “whey protein,” “whey protein isolate,” or “whey protein concentrate” with no farm/cow source listed
• Front-of-pack claims like “animal-free dairy,” “cow-free,” or “made without cows”
• Still says CONTAINS: MILK or CONTAINS: MILK PROTEIN — because the protein is the same allergen

If it doesn’t clearly say grass-fed, organic, or from cows/goats, treat “whey as a red flag and look up the brand.

STORES ALREADY CARRYING THESE PRODUCTS (availability varies by location):
• Target
• Sprouts Farmers Market
• Kroger and banners
• Albertsons / Safeway / Vons / Jewel-Osco / Shaw’s / ACME

BRAND NAMES AND LINES TO WATCH OR AVOID IF YOU WANT REAL DAIRY FROM AN ANIMAL:
• Bored Cow (Tomorrow Farms)
• Nick’s vegan / animal-free ice cream line
• Brave Robot
• Coolhaus (animal-free lines)
• Betterland Milk
• Strive FREEMILK
• Nurishh Incredible Dairy
• Graeter’s Perfect Indulgence
• Select Breyers lactose-free products made with animal-free whey
• Protein products using Perfect Day / ProFerm whey (Myprotein Whey Forward, K-Tropix, Brickhouse Nutrition, NUR Protein, Set Protein)

If you want milk from a cow, buy organic or grass-fed dairy from a named farm and skip anything marketed as “animal-free dairy.” Read every cheese, ice cream, milk, and protein label. They are not required to make this obvious.

— Dr. Robert Malone — mRNA INVENTOR SOUNDS THE ALARM:

“You are MORE LIKELY to become infected, get disease, or EVEN DIE if vaccinated with the COVID-19 SHOTS compared to the unvaccinated.”

“These experimental gene therapy treatments are causing permanent damage to hearts, brains, reproductive organs, lungs — and destroying our children too.”

ZERO benefit. More harm than good. Lives ruined forever.

THIS IS A MEDICAL CATASTROPHE.

How many more must suffer and die before we END this and PULL THE SHOTS FROM THE MARKET?!

AMERICANS ARE BEING POISONED BY “MEAT GLUE” — AND IT’S 100% LEGAL

Suppliers have been caught using a special powder called transglutaminase (aka meat glue) to stick together scraps of meat and pass them off as premium cuts.

This hidden ingredient is legal in all 50 states and is used in about 8 million pounds of beef, pork, lamb, fish, and chicken every single year.

What is it?
It’s a powerful enzyme that acts like biological superglue. It comes in powder form and bonds proteins together instantly. Some versions are made by cultivating bacteria; others are extracted from the blood plasma of pigs and cattle.

Why it’s making you sick:
When they glue scraps together, any bacteria on the original surfaces gets trapped inside the meat. If it’s sold as a “solid” steak, tenderloin, or fillet and you cook it rare or medium-rare… you’re eating what’s basically a bacteria bomb. You’re leaving yourself wide open to food poisoning.

The manufacturers know this. The FDA calls it GRAS “generally recognized as safe” — but only if it’s cooked thoroughly like ground meat. Most people have no idea they’re eating it.

This is the hidden ingredient quietly making Americans sick while corporations turn trash meat into expensive-looking steaks.

Protect yourself:
- Buy whole, unprocessed cuts only
- Ask your butcher if it’s “formed” or “reformed” meat
- Cook anything suspicious to well-done (165°F internal)

They’re gluing our food together and hoping we never find out.
