@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE after six written communications with customer service, I received feedback from Nadeem Emad Fekry Shafeek repeatedly stated that the reason I was being charged was because the two checked bags I had weighed 35kg COMBINED!! Absolutely absurd!

@lufthansa charged me for my 2nd checked bag at Bergen even though Star Alliance Gold = 2 free bags. Agent said pay now, get reimbursed later. United confirmed she could've waived it on the spot. Lufthansa kept the money and denied my refund TWICE. @USDOT Case C-1843353-Q7Y4
