@BoschGlobal My mother's dishwasher is down for over 2 months now. She is 70, in Bangalore, India. Called her regular authorised service guy, called Bosch service centre, atleast 15 times now. ZERO response!

Now they are making me, my elderly parents and child wait 5 hours to board the 11.10am flight.
It is shocking that an airline like @flyspicejet which is allowed to retain their license!! And no recourse to passengers!!
@3M Yes they did. And they have replaced the technician too. The previous technician cheated & installed a used filter. Naturally when he came for the monthly maintenance he did not report the issue. What can @3M do to ensure brand trust is not eroded in this manner in the future?
@3M I've DMed you but gotten no response in 3 weeks. I just signed up for an Annual Maintenance Contract for 3M's water softening system. But the service is very poor. The service providers are flaky, no-show & do not do the work correctly. What is my recourse?
