Today, June 17, 1892, the Bull Run Forest Reserve was officially established, which would eventually become the Mt. Hood National Forest we know today. In celebration of this anniversary we're sharing some of our favorite historic #MtHood photos from our Eddy collection! 🏔️

This history fact takes us an ocean away from Clackamas county! On June 9, 1945, the USS Oregon City launched at the Bethlehem Steel yard in Quincy, Massachusetts. The bell was gifted to Oregon City and is currently on display at MOOT! 😄 #clackamashistory #ussoregoncity
