$IWM $TZA $TNA $RUT $RTY The 2025 "tariff crises" bottom in US small caps was the shallowest bottom relative to the 2020 and 2016 lows. Small caps could lead the charge while people call tops in SPY/QQQ etc. Large caps might actually chop while small caps catch up

@JasJohalBC In reality, the government will buy or expropriate the land. Sometimes these issues becomes so politicized the owners have no choice but to sell as their plans for the property become impossible. The municipalities will buy the land and let it sit vacant and undeveloped
